Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas – I served on the Linbeck-Nabholz Joint Venture executive committee.

Celebrating our craftsmen and their families at company events (e.g. holiday parties and picnics).
Favorite activity outside of work:
Playing classic rock & roll music with my band Yesteryear.
What advice has helped you most in your career?
Leadership is all about serving your teammates, ensuring they are successful. And there is no such thing as “time management”…you make time for what is important to you.
