What advice has helped you most in your career?
I had the privilege to spend time with our COOs and CEO when I was training as BDO. Each one of them said one thing that I constantly remind myself. At the end of the day, our job is to be a resource for people in whatever way they need—not just construction. It reminds me construction is the what, but contributing to those around us is the why.
