This award-winning $2.6 million, 26,000-square-foot renovation completely transformed a 1960s bank building into what is now Owasso’s modern two-story city hall. The transformation required coordination between our construction and industrial teams while demolishing the old bank vaults and doors. Our team removed teller and drive-through banking areas and equipment, taking care to salvage some of the original features from the building, including millwork, trim, partitions, and doors, all made from beautiful red oak, to reuse throughout the facility.

Additional features include a new energy management system featuring a generator with an automatic transfer switch to keep city hall running in the event of a disaster, and a FEMA-rated door installed on one of the existing vaults to provide shelter for city employees during severe weather.
