When the McBride Orthopedic Hospital began the process to add a 5,000-square-foot Magnetic Resonance Imaging center to the hospital campus, the hospital administration turned to Nabholz to assist with the early planning and development of the project. Our services to the hospital included site evaluation, zoning and code research, jurisdiction identification and requirements, master planning development, environmental testing, geotechnical investigation, evaluation and selection of architect and engineering consultants, and subcontractor evaluation and selection. Nabholz also later served as the Construction Manager-at-Risk during the construction phase of the project.
