Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food

Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food is the culinary school operated by Northwest Arkansas Community College. The culinary school occupies 40% of the re-purposed space in Downtown Bentonville, previously occupied by a Tyson Foods processing plant. Brightwater is the anchor of a larger downtown market concept, featuring a craft beer brewing operation, local butcher, and other food artisans.

Nabholz oversaw a complete renovation of the vacant processing plant, performing demolition, site work, landscape, efficiency upgrades, finish installation, as well as major mechanical system upgrades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
