The office tower featured glass handrail balconies at all levels, two stories to house the mechanical and electrical machinery, raised-access flooring, kitchen and dining areas, fitness rooms, multiple offices, a video studio and six teleconference rooms, a UPS backup system, state-of-the-art security, and five elevators.
