Little Axe Absentee Shawnee Health Center

This LEED® Silver 73,000-square-foot health facility features twenty-one departments in one facility; among them are business offices, a pharmacy, primary care facility, dental facility, education and group consultation, behavioral health/social work, health education/public health, nutrition, nursing, physical therapy, and administration and employee facilities. During the development of the project, Nabholz provided a full array of Owner’s Representative services to the Tribe, including site evaluations, zoning and code research, jurisdiction identification and requirements, master planning assistance, pro-forma development, brownfield development and end-use planning, construction market analysis, analysis of financing options, and demographic analysis.
