Construction is no longer a man’s world. The number of women working in the industry is on the rise and we want to do our part to keep that momentum going, shatter old stereotypes, and support women in the industry. Recently, Nabholz Corporate Counsel Andrea Woods participated in a national conference that aims to do just that.

At ENR’s national Groundbreaking Women in Construction conference, Woods served on the “Successful Women Mentors” panel, along with four others. Woods, who spoke about mentoring future leaders, said of the experience, “It was an honor to be a part of this event. There really was an amazing energy to the conference, with many opportunities for truly engaging networking.”
