BIM is the process of generating and managing a building information model through the use of three-dimensional, intelligent design information. Nabholz is committed to the use of BIM as a collaborative team effort to minimize conflicts from early in the design phase through the construction phase, thereby saving our clients time and money. Nabholz Excavation services provide clients’ with excavation, site preparation, utility and road construction. Our clients range from building contractors, developers, municipalities and state highway departments. Our team of highly-trained equipment operators combined with our state-of-the-art equipment fleet will insure you get the highest quality for the best price on all your horizontal construction needs.
Nabholz employs skilled craftsmen that are experts in the placement and finishing of concrete. Our craftsmen construct everything from foundations, slabs, tilt-panel-walls and architectural concrete. Our ability to self-perform concrete insures our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
We have decades of in-house expertise in the purchasing and erection of structural steel, pre-engineered metal buildings and miscellaneous metals, including the installation of metal wall panels and roofing. Our ability to self-perform these trades allows Nabholz to better control schedule, quality, and costs on projects for our clients.
Our millwork & cabinetry shop is one of the largest most state-of-the-art shops in our market. We offer our clients FSC Certified Wood Products and can fabricate and install all cabinetry, standing and running trim and custom casework.
We have a team of dedicated, multi-skilled craftsmen located throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee. We take our skills and safety minded culture on the road! We are licensed in 43 states and will travel to meet your needs. Our specialty services range from minor building improvements to complete interior and exterior renovations. Our experience includes: tenant finish-outs, additions and renovations, concrete pits for industrial plants, doors and door hardware installation, signage installation, code compliance improvements, and fire, flood and tornado damage repairs. Our HVAC staff is Class A HVAC R certified, holds a Universal refrigeration license as well as Pneumatic Controls certification. Our team is capable of HVAC system evaluations, installations, repairs and service. We also have master electricians and journeymen on staff available for electrical system evaluations, repairs and service. Other services include parking lot rehabilitation, maintenance, seal coat and striping. Our teams have even dispersed with sandbags to secure our clients’ facilities before a projected flood!
Our team includes Thermography Certified Specialists who are ready to analyze any facility’s energy efficiency and report back to our clients where and how their buildings are losing energy and money. We will recommend solutions and help to accomplish them.

Fire stopping is a critical long-term building safety process to help contain fire and toxic gasses to the area of origin by sealing around construction joints and penetrations in smoke barriers, fire barriers and floors. Nabholz is one of the unique few Hilti Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractors. Our training with Hilti gives us the knowledge necessary to achieve a higher degree of accuracy for proper installation, providing clients with peace of mind that their fire stopping materials will work correctly when they are most needed.
