Nabholz employees have a personal commitment to serving the community. No one embodies that commitment better than our founder Bob Nabholz. Like our current employees, Bob was dedicated to serving the communities in which we live, work and play. Bob contributed to the building of his community through his time, leadership and resources. In fact, in 1987 Bob established The Nabholz Charitable Foundation to ensure our ability to support our philanthropic efforts. In the past five years, Nabholz has contributed in excess of $2 Million to hundreds of local charitable agencies, hospitals, schools and universities throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
Although financial contributions are an important part of Nabholz’ generosity, it is the time and talent that team Nabholz employees contribute to countless organizations each year that matter the most. During 2011, Nabholz’ employees generously volunteered and donated uncounted thousands of hours of their personal time to over 100 nonprofit organizations and charities throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas.
Building strong communities is a moral obligation to our team members. We believe that giving of our time, talent and resources, to support those in need, is the right thing to do.
