Nabholz Construction served as construction manager and general contractor providing preconstruction and construction services on this three-story, 38,000-square-foot student health center in Conway, Arkansas. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, and encompasses:
• Doctor's offices
• Classrooms
• Clinical exam rooms
• X-Ray laboratory facilities
• Nurses' stations
• Conference rooms
Stuck Associates, Inc. of Little Rock designed the facility to accommodate the diverse health and wellness needs of the UCA students.
