Nabholz Construction was selected to serve as general contractor for Terminella and Associates’ new office facility during the design phase, and provided valuable preconstruction services in addition to the construction services.
The two-story, 20,226-square-foot facility utilizes large red iron framework instead of a bar joist system to minimize noticeable deflection during day-to-day operations. The exterior combines a brick and bands of accent stone, featuring curved walls, outset windows and a custom pair of frameless, laminated, tinted glass pivot doors that were manufactured to perfectly match the exterior glass.
The interior features 18” marble floor tiles with tight fitting joints, and a panelized wall system throughout the corridors and common areas.
Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc. of Rogers, Arkansas served as the design team for the project.
